SUPERANNUATION COMMITMENTS Contributions are made by the Company to an award-based superannuation fund for all employees. All contributions are charged as expenses as they occur. The Company has no legal obligation to cover any shortfall in the Funds’ obligations to provide benefits to employees on retirement. 15. FINANCIAL REPORTING BY SEGMENTS The Company operates wholly within Australia in the promotion of the best interests of the chiropractic profession and those of the members throughout Australia. 16. RELATED PARTIES Transactions entered into during the year with Directors, their firms and associates are within normal customer relationship on terms and conditions no more favourable to those available to other members and customers including the payment of usual member subscriptions and receipt of normal benefits of membership. Dr G Irvine supplied services to the company for work at the Durri AMS and Booroongen Djugun Aged Care Facility. Fees rendered were $2,550. Dr P Ebrall supplied services to the company for work performed as the Assistant Editor of the Chiropractic Journal of Australia. Fees rendered were $15,000. Dr P Ebrall supplied services to the company for work on the Australasian College of Chiropractors Summit on Chiropractic Education. Fees rendered were $2,000. Dr S Eaton supplied services to the company for facilitation of the Australasian College of Chiropractors Research Summit. Fees rendered were $4,000. Dr D Richards supplied services to the company for facilitation of the Australasian College of Chiropractors Leadership Forum. Fees rendered were $4,500. 17. REMUNERATION OF DIRECTORS The Directors of the Chiropractors’ Association of Australia (National) Limited during the year were B. Chow, A. Croke, S. Eaton, P. Ebrall, S. Floreani, G. Irvine, T. Kennedy-Shanks, D. Richards, P. Sim, L. Tassell, M. Uren, T. Vagg. Dr S. Floreani was paid a stipend during the year of $50,000.
